We connected with Batur Tour Activity through watsapp. Kadek Oki, Agus and Purna were very courteous and highly professional throughout our journey. Our trip with Batur Tour Activity included Pick up and drop off from our Resort, Jeep for Sunrise at Mt Batur, Black lava field, Hot spring and KeepAll ATV tour.

The JEEP driver really knows how to take amazing photos of us at the sunrise. He suggested us poses and took all the photos.
Also the car driver we got assigned was very friendly and friendly. A trustworthy person.

Such a brilliant day from beginning to end! 🌅🌋❤️

Everything was organised so well for our group of 8, and the communication before the trip was excellent - friendly, quick and really easy to deal with.

The Mount Batur hike was amazing, and everyone involved was so kind and helpful. The Jeep driver was lovely and made the Black Lava part of the trip really fun 🚙

A huge thank you especially to Bli Agus, our private driver from Ubud. He was so friendly and welcoming, and I ended up chatting to him for most of the journey 😅 He really made us feel looked after all day.

We also visited the hot springs and finished with lunch at Paperhills with beautiful mountain views ♨️⛰️🍽️

It was also really good value for money. We checked similar trips on GetYourGuide and other booking sites, and booking directly was cheaper while giving us a much more personal experience and private transport.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The communication and admin beforehand were brilliant - really helpful, quick to reply and everything for our group of 8 was organised perfectly.

Our Mount Batur hiking guide was excellent, and the Jeep driver was super friendly, kind and made the experience really enjoyable 🚙🌋

A special mention has to go to Bli Agus, our private bus driver from Ubud. He was absolutely awesome - so friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. My wife spent most of the journey sitting in the front chatting to him 😅 He really helped make the whole day special.

We did Mount Batur sunrise, Black Lava, hot springs and lunch at Paperhills with amazing mountain views ♨️🍽️⛰️ Everything ran smoothly and we never felt rushed.

The value was also fantastic 💰 We compared it with GetYourGuide and other online platforms and this was cheaper, while giving us much better personal service and private transport for our group.

The whole family were incredibly impressed. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better day ❤️

We were absolutely delighted with our jeep tour and had a wonderful time! ❤️ The whole tour was very well organized and brought us so much joy. Our drivers were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. We always felt well taken care of and very welcome.
I would especially like to highlight the excellent communication the day before the tour. We were provided with all the important details, including the pick-up time, the vehicle’s license plate number, and the name of our driver, who also contacted us personally in advance. We really appreciated this thoughtful and well-organized communication.
